This privacy policy applies to the website www.mynexthome.eu, the project websites associated with Next Home BV and its internal operations. Among other things, it contains information about the personal data we collect and the way in which we use and process these data.

These measures correspond to the nature of the personal data and are proportionate to the seriousness of the potential risk. Unfortunately, not every risk can be completely avoided. Next Home BV, listed at the Chamber of Commerce under number 34178282 and with registered office at Luzernestraat 19a NL-2153 GM Nieuw Vennep, The Netherlands is responsible for the processing of the personal data covered by this privacy policy.
Next Home BV is therefore the controller and determines which personal data is collected, as well as the purposes and means of collection.
Processors
If we use subcontractors to process data, this will always be done for the purposes covered by this privacy policy. In addition, we will always give clear instructions concerning the processing and stipulate via a processing agreement that the processing must be done in accordance with this privacy policy.
WHOSE PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
